We price each rental chair to carry its proportional share of the salon’s real operating costs, including staffing, systems, and space, so no one’s business is subsidizing another’s. This creates a stable, fair structure for both rental and commission stylists and allows us to maintain consistent standards across the salon.
For stylists who want a fully turnkey experience, we offer an optional color program that scales with usage rather than charging a flat premium. This keeps overhead flexible and aligned with actual services performed.
